"Our small group ventured into the distillery on a Saturday afternoon. They weren’t busy, which was surprising because the space is cool and in a good location. The cocktails are thoughtful and well executed. Before leaving, we tasted the I-10 gin and Post Oak Bourbon- both BLEW US AWAY. The spirits were incredible on their own, with no mixers. No burn, all flavor, literally so smooth that it’s dangerous. We left with a bottle of each and wish we had left with more."

"Took the tour yesterday and got to meet Kyle, founder/owner. Friendly guy who really knows his stuff and is passionate about producing spirits that are top knotch. Tried vodka, bourbon and his gins. Took a bottle of the Fifty 9 Gin home with me. Funny thing is I don't normally drink gin but this is really nice stuff. Looking forward to seeing more great things from Avonak in the future."
